7 Days Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 7 days Return Period to return any products purchased on gobesh.com subject to the following terms & conditions:
If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your order after it arrives, do not like how it looks or have any other concerns, No Problem. You can return it or exchange for something else you like. Just make sure you read the below and simply put, please DO NOT open the seal or the package of the product.
#1 DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE. If the product is opened or the seal is broken, we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT the return. Why: Adult products are a specialty commodity used in and for the intimate parts of our body, and because of that reason they have to have a hygiene seal and always be untouched. Once opened, the hygiene seal is invalidated and the product can no longer be sold to a new user. For this reason, and due to the complexity of imports of these products in India, we cannot accept a return if the product package is opened or tampered with or the hygiene seal is altered. There are NO exceptions offered to this CONDITION.
#2 SUBMIT the return request immediately, latest within 7 days* of the delivery.
*7 days period starts from the day order was delivered, being day 1, and ends at 11.59pm on the 7th calendar day from the delivery date.
#3 RESTOCKING FEES: Due to the specialized nature of the product, all acceptable return requests that confirm the above conditions will attract 25% restocking fees. These fees pays towards two way shipping costs, payment gateway charges that do not get refunded back to us, and the administrative costs of managing this returns process.
PS: You can save 10% on restocking fees if you accept the refund back as store credit. In this case the restocking fees would only be 15% and you can use this credit or share with friends. They never expire and are fully transferable.
#4 EXCHANGE:Â In instance you are only looking to exchange the products, you will be responsible for the price difference and two way Rs999 shipping costs. In case the new product is lessor value, you will get a store credit for the difference.
#5 Dead on Arrival: If the product you received is unfortunately not working, defective or dead on arrival, you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Preserve everything you got in the order, the box, the product packaging, any accessories as is. All these may be needed to be captured in a video to file a claim with our vendors/manufacturers. Continue with the process of filling the Return Request below.
PS: In case at time of delivery, the order package or the box appears to be tampered or mishandled, WAIT.  Make sure to RECORD A VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING of of that tampered courier box, to show label, the box and contents inside it. Thisvideos are also required by our courier partners to support returns or exchange claims as an evidence and to eliminate any courier mischief, mishandling or tampering.
PS: If upon collecting such faulty product, our warehouse team found it to be functional and working fine, we will have to ship it back to you after collecting re-shipping fees of Rs999 to cover for the two way shipping costs.
PS: Any DOA (dead on arrival) claims not filed within 24 hours are NOT covered by our 15 days limited warranty policy.
Note: For verified return or exchange requests, the refund will reflect in the source account within 7-10 biz days, and in case of exchange, the order will deliver as per our shipping policy.

Cancel My Order
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
We offer a 24-hour Cancellation Policy to cancel any orders you place with us, subject to the following terms & conditions:
1. Within 24 Hours + Order NOT SHIPPED: If you wish to cancel your order after the order is placed please submit it this form ASAP. If we get the cancellation request within 24 hours of your order confirmation and if the order is not yet shipped, we should be able to cancel the order and process the refund subject to the below restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: All cancellations requests matching the above condition will attract 10% restocking fees if refunded back to the original form of payment OR zero restocking fees if refunded as store credit/gift card. These fees are deducted to cover administrative costs for processing cancellations, restocking products as well as non refundable payment gateway fees.
REFUND OPTIONS:
a. Partial refund back to original payment form (-less 10%)
b. Full refund as StoreCredit / GiftCard.
PS:Â For COD orders refund of the PARTIAL PAYMENT can only be offered as StoreCredit / GiftCard.

2. Within/Over 24 Hours but order HAS SHIPPED: If we receive the cancellation request within OR post the 24 hour period but the order HAS ALREADY SHIPPED, we may still try to cancel the order. This request has to be determined on a case to case basis, depending on if the order has shipped or if it can be RTO'd (return to origin) or it may need you to ship it back to us.
Restocking Fees: All cancellations requests matching the above condition will attract 25% restocking fees if refunded back to the original form of payment OR 10% restocking fees if refunded as store credit/gift card. These fees are deducted to cover administrative costs for processing cancellations, interrupting the logistics cycle to retrieve the order, restocking products as well as non refundable payment gateway fees.
REFUND OPTIONS:
a. Partial refund back to original payment form (-less 25%)
b. Full refund as StoreCredit / GiftCard (-less 10%).
PS:Â For COD orders the PARTIAL PAYMENT will be applied in entirety towards the restocking fees and there will be NO REFUNDS offered.
PS: For COD orders when the products are IN STOCK, any cancellation request after 24 hours, whether order shipped or not, the restocking fees of 10% will be applicable and thus the Partial Payment will be applied towards restocking fees, and NO REFUNDS will be due

3. Special Circumstances:Â Delayed Delivery, beyond 7 days of EDD.
If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days and the delay is outside of our control (customs, import or international shipping delay), we will be able to offer a full waiver of restocking fees and process the request for cancellation with full refund.

Once the cancellation request is submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for us to complete the cancellation process and 4-7 working days for the refund (subject to restocking fees listed below) back to the original form of payment/ store credit / gift card.

File Warranty Claim
15 Days Limited Warranty Policy
We offer a 15 days Warranty period to replace any defective or malfunctioning products purchased on gobesh.com subject to the following terms & conditions:
In very rare cases, if the product you received has a defect, or it malfunctions or stops functioning within 15 days of receipt, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience if this may happen to you. In such cases package the products, all accessories and packaging back in the box we delivered to you, and submit the below Warranty Claim form. After we get your completed warranty request form, we have to do a troubleshooting call (as mandated by brands we stock) to determine the actual reason. In many cases after troubleshooting, we have found the issue was resolved (for ex: customers found on the call they didn't place the battery correctly, or did not press the button hard enough, or sometimes it just starts working after a hard reset). If it is determined by our team that the product visually appears to have an issue, we will make arrangements to get it picked up at the earliest available time, and when it arrives back at the warehouse, we will troubleshoot it again.If upon physical inspection and check, we determined the product was indeed faulty/defective/malfunctioning, we will process it as a Warranty Claim. Thereafter, it will lead to one of the 3 options:
1. If we found no issue upon testing at the warehouse, we will have to ship it back to you after collecting Rs999 re-shipping fees. This fee pays for the two way shipping charges.
2. If we found the issue to be minor and we are able to fix it, we will fix it and ship it back to you at NO COST. This would include replacing part of the product, which were found to be not working, for example: a cap, remote, bullet or similar parts.
3. If the issue is not something we can fix, we will file a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer/brand. It takes 5-7 business days to get the approval for replacement, once we have it, we will either ship you a replacement from our stock if we have one, if not we wait for the replacement to arrive from the brand's warehouse in US or EU. If its shipping from abroad, it may take 14-21 business days to arrive and then we can deliver it to you. The Replacement product may come in non consumer packaging which could be a poly bag or white box. This is how the manufacturers usually replace under a warranty claim.
PS:Â The only option offered in case of a qualified 15 days warranty claim is a FREE REPLACEMENT. We are unable to exchange it for another product or offer a refund.
PS: In case of warranty claims, we will need to see a video of the box and label you got the delivery in, the products as you see that show they are not working and defective. These videos are also required by vendors/manufacturers to determine the warranty claim and process it.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES -Â Warranty Claim AFTER 15 days.
Most brands we stock offer 3 months to 12 months warranty, however any claims made after 15 days, have to be filed with the manufacturer/brand directly on their official website by showing the purchase receipt (which is the order confirmation email) you get after making a purchase on our website. IMbesharam.com does not claim to extend the manufacturers warranty and expressly states that any Warranty Claims post 15 days of delivery will have to be handled directly by the manufacturer/brand. In most cases the manufacturer will assist you with warranty replacement. In such cases, you will have to bear the costs of international shipping, import costs such as duties, taxes and any brokerage fees charged by agents.
We are able to provide this service and engage our logistics channel to process the import, clearance, pay duties and taxes on your behalf and hire agents to clear the consignment. The costs for these total to about 60-70% of the value you originally paid for the product. If you would like to engage our services to file the warranty claim and import the approved warranty replacement on your behalf, we will be happy to do that at no extra cost, just select the appropriate option in the warranty claim form. We will however have to collect these import costs from you after the warranty claim is approved. After collecting these costs and the defective unit, we will file the claim on your behalf, work with the manufacturer to issue a replacement (if all warranty conditions are met) and then engage our shipping company and our brokers to ship from manufacturer warehouse and pay for import duties, taxes, GST and fees as well as brokerage charges to allow this import into India. The whole warranty cycle will take about 21-30 days from time you make the payment for warranty replacement and we receive the defective product from you.
